Snowy RIver Lambs are raised in the pristine pastures of the NSW High Country. Half way between Tumut and Gundagai.  This area is known for its clean air, consistent rainfall, and native grasses. The lamb from our largest paddock (200 acres) is celebrated for its rich, savory flavor.
